  2. To confirm the Personnel Committee’s main long-term objectives

  3. To confirm the Personnel Committee’s current priorities

  4. To consider BPC’s systems, workflow, and monitoring outcomes

  5. To consider how & when to use possible additional staff hours

  6. To consider support to purchase a mobile phone for the sole use of the Clerk.

To consider recommending the revised Personnel Committee Terms of Reference to the Parish Council.
