South Hams District Council: South Hams Draft Statement of Licensing Policy 2026 – 2031.

Under the Licensing Act 2003, SHDC, as the licensing authority, is responsible for licensing premises within the district for:
-The sale of alcohol, for consumption both on and off the premises
-The provision of regulated entertainment
-The sale of hot food and hot (non-alcoholic) drink late at night.
