Householder application & Listed building consent for proposed alterations to include new artist’s studio, replacement veranda and energy efficiency measures including solar panels to garage roof and rear garden, air source heatpump and replacement windows.

Use of S106 Funds for works to Village Hall’s Roof
To decide whether BPC supports the Village Hall using for the bulk of the S106 funds remaining from French Furze (approximate balance £48,000) to help pay for the works to the roof.

To receive a report on testing done by Councillors in May and agree action required.

To consider options for the management of the trees & a community consultation.
